Life - the permanent destination

The news in black or white, the good and its reverse becomes a significant question mark for every person who used to be optimistic. More people are complaining that media is making a sign of glory of the negative news.
Sometimes we assist to an exaggeration on behalf of radio, TV, newspapers whose first intention is to sell.
It is true that we are living in a world of sales; everybody has something to offer but the number of buyers is slowly reduced. The target becomes every day more selective and rejects news of the junk mail type. The consumers start to know exactly what they need so when the rain of bad news is thrown on their everyday life they have some ways to riposte. Some are just switching off the TV; some others are searching for cultural programs or are renouncing to use it.
The French writer's Albert Camus phrase "there are more to admire than to disdain in a human" (the novel The Pest) is appropriate also to a community or to a society and why not to the world.
We, readers and media consumers, we need to be informed, but nobody can force us to accept the pre-emption of the bad news.
Nothing is really new from all the catastrophic images inundating our senses. Since the very beginning of the humanity there were thefts and criminals but there were also a lot of gifted and ingenious names that worked up to built a better and more beautiful world.
It is happening again nowadays because history is recurring, isn't it?
Do you noticed how many people worldwide are willing to write, to create, to produce and show the other face, the lighter, of the human spirit?
Couldn't be this kind a reaction against the negative news and a way to balance the information?
The words as "spectacular" and "sensational" with all their synonyms shouldn't be used in the negative sphere.
Artists and festivals, galleries and discovering, beautiful destinations in the world, psychological and philosophical talk shows and the list may continue worth our attention.
Yes, positive events and positive thinking are keys to a normal way of living.
